Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Wireless Store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales representatives, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed
- Oversee inventory levels and implement strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
- Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience
- Adhere to store-level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance
