Job Title: Wireless Store Manager

About the Role:

At Glentel Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wireless Store Manager to lead our team of sales representatives and drive sales success. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for motivating and guiding our sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. You will also be responsible for engaging with customers, providing training and coaching to improve their skills, and developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Engage with customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training and coaching to improve their skills.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales representatives, providing feedback and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
  • Ensure that the highest level of service is provided to all customers, resolving escalations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee inventory levels and implement a strategy to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover.
  • Manage product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Adhere to store level budgets by effectively managing expenses, labor costs, and financial performance.
