Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at DR R.K. ARYA INC. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our healthcare team, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital.
  • Process and handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and mail distribution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
