Job Summary

Le Groupe Master is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the Central Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the Central Region.
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges.

Requirements

• 10+ years of sales experience in the HVAC-R industry.
• Proven track record of sales leadership and team management.
• Strong understanding of commercial sales strategies and tactics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
