Job Summary

Canada Prime Marketing corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our door-to-door sales team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met, and providing guidance and support to sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of sales inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that sales representatives have access to the products they need to sell.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales representatives, helping them to improve their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a team environment, and strong problem-solving skills
