Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at KU-AN Services Incorporated. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure sales targets are met.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members to ensure they are meeting expectations.
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Basic security clearance.
Work Environment

This role will be based in a retail service establishment or door-to-door sales business, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
