Rang De Indian Cuisine is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team.
About the RoleAs a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and enjoy their dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our high standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate records of stock levels and ensuring that orders are placed in a timely manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of sales, wastage, and repairs, as well as oversee the assembly of trays and the establishment of work schedules.
This is a permanent, full-time position requiring a 35-hour workweek. English is the primary language of communication, and we welcome applications from those with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
