Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
