Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at 1727546 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain negotiations.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage inventory to ensure efficient operations and minimize losses.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
