Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 2732298 ONTARIO INC. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise Staff: Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Management: Determine menu offerings, manage inventory, and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports and related forms.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Event Management: Plan, organize, and execute events to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.
  • Supervision: Supervise staff to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Word to manage restaurant operations and communicate with staff.
  • Security and Safety: Conduct criminal record checks and ensure compliance with security and safety regulations.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, manage stress, and perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate accuracy, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and ability to multitask.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant management role.
