Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Harvest Indian Supermarket.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and establish work schedules to ensure efficient store operations.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of sales workers to ensure excellent customer service.
- Manage cash handling and maintain accurate records.
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Work in a retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
