Job Overview

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising sales workers, authorizing returns, establishing work schedules, selling merchandise, preparing reports, resolving customer issues, and organizing inventory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Supervise sales workers, authorize returns, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Establish work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
