Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Retail Store Manager to join our team at ONTARIO INC. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in retail management, looking to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.

The Senior Retail Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that sales goals are met, and customers receive excellent service. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth, manage inventory, and maintain a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff members, including assigning duties and tasks, providing guidance and support, and conducting performance reviews.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and optimize store layouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance, using data to inform business decisions.
  • Work closely with other departments, such as purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth operation of the store.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
