Salary:$45,000 per annum, based on 40 hours of work per week.
Job Description:As a Compassionate Home Support Specialist, you will provide personalized assistance to clients with daily living tasks. Your role will involve:
- Assisting clients with bathing and personal hygiene
- Supporting regular exercise routines, such as walking
- Fedding or assisting with meal preparation
- Laundering clothing and household linens
- Performing light housekeeping duties
- Providing companionship and emotional support
Your responsibilities will also include shopping for groceries and household supplies, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining a safe and clean living environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong commitment to client-centered care
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
- Basic first aid and CPR certification (training provided)
