Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Copper Branch. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Operations Management: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed, and that all food and beverage products are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
- Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure that they are meeting their performance goals.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Leadership: Lead and instruct staff in various areas of responsibility, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
- Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Office, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and Point of Sale systems to manage daily operations.
- Security and Safety: Maintain basic security clearance and ensure that all staff are aware of and follow security protocols.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Demonstrate client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, team player, dependability, accuracy, reliability, and organization.
- Experience: Possess 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on food service and customer service.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
