Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at KFC - Taco Bell. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and performance.
    • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high quality standards.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Ensure that all customer interactions are positive and memorable.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to operate efficiently.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
