**Accounts Payable Clerk Role at CB Canada**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Accounting/Finance Department at CB Canada. In this position, you will be responsible for managing general administrative tasks, working closely with the Accounting Manager, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform full-cycle Accounts Payable, including processing invoices, checks, and other documents.
- Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks, as well as expedite special handling.
- Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed.
- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis.
- Assist internal business partners with customer services needs.
- Help with internal and external audits as required.
**Requirements:**
- AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business, or similar preferred.
- Prior experience in an A/P role preferred.
- Expertise in account reconciliation.
- Articulate customer service and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with those in technical and financial backgrounds.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and databases.
- Strong attention to detail.
