About the Role:
The Executive Vice President, Revenue Growth will lead national competitive activity and market conditions, monitoring sales activities through Regional Sales Managers. This role requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Acts as an executive sponsor for RFQ and solution design/pricing processes
  • Leads and reports on national competitive activity and market conditions
  • Monitors sales activities through Regional Sales Managers (sales cycle/pipeline management)
  • Manages talent for both the Business Development and Customer Service Team

Qualifications:
  • 12-15 years of experience in a consultative sales environment
  • Strong leadership skills in recruiting, training, and motivating a sales team
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
