**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Visual Merchandiser to join our team at Tapestry. As a Seasonal Visual Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in maintaining the visual appeal of our stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and supporting the sales team in achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards.
  • Support Sales Team: Assist sales associates in maintaining a high level of customer service, answering product questions, and providing excellent customer experiences.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
  • Store Operations: Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a visual merchandising or sales role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
Physical Requirements:
  • Standing and Walking: Stand for extended periods, walk, and move throughout the store.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • Visual and Auditory Abilities: Ability to see and hear in a fast-paced environment.
