Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Store Appearance: Ensure the store is visually appealing, well-organized, and meets company standards.
- Support Sales Team: Assist sales associates in maintaining a high level of customer service, answering product questions, and providing excellent customer experiences.
- Visual Merchandising: Implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, processing, and stocking merchandise, ensuring accurate inventory levels and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.
- Store Operations: Participate in store opening and closing procedures, including setting up and breaking down displays, and maintaining a clean and safe store environment.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a retail environment, preferably in a visual merchandising or sales role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail.
- Standing and Walking: Stand for extended periods, walk, and move throughout the store.
- Lifting and Carrying: Frequently lift and carry boxes weighing up to 60 pounds.
- Visual and Auditory Abilities: Ability to see and hear in a fast-paced environment.
- Drive for Results: Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Customer Focus: Provide excellent customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Interpersonal Savvy: Build strong relationships with colleagues, managers, and customers, and effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Learning on the Fly: Quickly adapt to new situations, learn from mistakes, and apply knowledge to improve performance.
