Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Mahal Enterprises Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and establish work priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Carry out administrative activities, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, such as accommodation, equipment, and supplies.
  • Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
