Role Overview

Play a key role in advancing transportation electrification.

Key Responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

  • Collaborating on the development of software for various all-electric or hybrid vehicle systems.
  • Assisting in the selection of powertrain components and vehicle design.
  • Offering on-site or remote assistance for the commissioning of Dana TM4 products and facilitating technical discussions with clients.
  • Working with clients to analyze and diagnose vehicle issues and their origins.
  • Performing vehicle performance simulations and creating internal simulation and diagnostic tools.
  • Supporting innovative initiatives aimed at improving product performance, reliability, and safety.
  • Presenting technical information at various levels within client organizations.

Qualifications

To thrive in this position, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, or Software Engineering.
  • A minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience in software development and systems engineering.
  • Solid understanding of electrodynamic systems, control systems, and Matlab Simulink.
  • Proficiency in C/C++, with Python experience being a plus, as well as familiarity with CAN data buses.
  • A customer-focused approach combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) and readiness to travel up to 25% of the time.

Preferred Skills

Additional beneficial skills include familiarity with Atlassian tools, Polarion Software, embedded systems development processes, and the ISO26262 standard.
