Customer Experience Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced delivery driver who will also act as our Member Services Representative. As a member of our growing team, you'll be our main interface with clients, working directly with other team members to improve services and the member experience.
Duties:
Some of your key responsibilities will include dealing with member support issues, gathering continuous feedback from members on services, reporting customer feedback to Fed's core team, implementing changes to improve services, organizing and delivering Fed products to members on an ongoing basis, maintaining strong relationships with members, responding to their questions and comments across various channels (phone, email, text, web), contributing to Fed's Social Media presence, and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have a Class 5 drivers' license, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a digital native comfortable with technology, great organization skills, and attention to detail. You must also be personable and friendly, able to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive offer considering the food and nutrition industry standards in Vancouver, BC.
