Job Overview

This role plays a vital part in supporting Investment Advisors and branch operations with day-to-day administration, ensuring exceptional client service and contributing to the achievement of business objectives.


Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize client databases and files to ensure accurate information and seamless communication.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, instilling confidence and credibility through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Adhere to risk and compliance processes, safeguarding customer assets, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding regulatory requirements.
  • Protect Bank assets and client data while ensuring all tasks are completed within established guidelines and procedures.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a post-secondary degree in a related field or basic knowledge acquired on the job.
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, organization abilities, and collaboration skills in a business environment.

Compensation Package

This position offers a competitive salary range of $31,600 - $41,100 annually, reflecting factors such as location, experience, education, and qualifications. The compensation package also includes performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
