Customer Experience Professional

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Associate to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with customers, is organized, and has strong communication skills.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, processing financial transactions accurately, and recommending banking solutions to meet customer needs.
- Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments according to standardized procedures and industry regulations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions while maintaining confidentiality when required.
- Respond to customer concerns using standard procedures and escalate non-standard issues as necessary.
- Achieve business objectives by promoting banking solutions and completing tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Build rapport with customers to advise them on banking solutions and processes.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and participating in performance development.
- Support colleagues by being respectful, dedicated, and keeping them informed about routine activities.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience.
- An undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset.
- Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and internet.
- The ability to exercise initiative, accuracy, and attention to detail to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers and colleagues in a calm, courteous, and effective manner.
The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
