Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Finance Director to lead our finance team in driving business growth and profitability. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for providing financially driven leadership to support business expansion and deliver strategic recommendations to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the regional finance team to achieve business objectives and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the General Manager, Americas, and other senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial guidance and support business growth.
  • Oversee the delivery of management accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial compliance to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth and improvement.
  • E nsure compliance with local and international accounting standards, including GAAP and IFRS.
  • Optimize, monitor, and forecast cash flow and working capital to support business operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably with a CPA/CFA or MBA.
  • Previous experience in a Head of Finance or Finance Director position, preferably in a fast-paced multinational software business.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills to motivate and engage your team.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Well-versed in working with senior stakeholders and able to build strong relationships to drive business outcomes.
What We Offer

  • An attractive salary ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 per annum, depending on experience.
