At Alpha Trans Ltd., we are looking for a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead our team in strategy and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and overseeing the classification and rating of occupations. This role also involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing training and development programs, and analyzing employee data and information to advise senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a fair and productive work environment.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Training and Development: Manage training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Employee Data Analysis: Analyze employee data and information to advise senior management on strategic decisions.
