Job Title: Administrative Assistant

GOLD MARVEL CONSTRUCTION INC. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record keeping.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
