We're seeking a seasoned cybersecurity expert to join our executive team as Chief Information and Security Officer. As a key member of our leadership group, you'll play a critical role in driving our cybersecurity strategy and ensuring the security and integrity of our clients' data.

With a strong background in IT security and executive-level experience, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing information security management systems, leading policy development and implementation, and serving as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement information security management systems to protect client data and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Lead policy development and implementation across the organization, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
  • Serve as an expert advisor to promote company-wide information security design practices, policy, and control frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, and develop strategies to address them
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of working experience in the IT security industry
  • ~5+ years of executive or management-level experience in systems security in consulting or operations
  • ~ Experience in information security management
  • Strong understanding of IT governance, security, and risk management
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills in English
  • Additional Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Familiarity with data protection laws such as GDPR, HIPAA)
