Job Title: Chief Information Officer

At Goway Travel Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Officer to lead our technology infrastructure and IT operations. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals
  • Oversee the design, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security
  • Manage cloud services, data centers, and on-premises infrastructure
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
  • Conduct regular risk assessments, develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
  • Oversee and manage IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity
  • Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and budgets
  • Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT automation tools
