As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our IT strategy, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the IT strategy in alignment with the company's goals
- Oversee the design, maintenance, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security
- Manage cloud services, data centers, and on-premises infrastructure
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems
- Conduct regular risk assessments, develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies
- Oversee and manage IT projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in IT management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity
- Proven experience managing large-scale IT projects and budgets
- Experience with cloud computing, virtualization, and IT automation tools
