Oregon APCO NENA is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to lead its emergency communications operations. This organization plays a crucial role in providing public safety services across various communities. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations regarding emergency dispatch services.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Chief Executive Officer will report directly to the Board of Directors and will hold full accountability for the operational management of the organization. This position entails supervising all personnel within the communications center, ensuring that emergency services are delivered effectively and efficiently to the public. The CEO will also manage the organization’s financial resources, working independently while collaborating closely with the Board.
