Job Title: Vice President of Sales - Ottawa

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team in Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  2. Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure team success.
  3. Build and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales growth and revenue.
  4. Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address any issues.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 Years of Sales Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive sales experience in a channel-oriented, hardware-based, technology business.
  2. Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in sales management, with a track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams.
  3. Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the high-performance camera value chain, including industrial, scientific, and surveillance applications.
  4. Results-Oriented: Results-oriented, hands-on, adaptable style, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company.
