Job Title: Vice President of Sales - Ottawa

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to join our team as Vice President of Sales - Ottawa. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing sales team, and developing strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Create and implement sales plans to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and increase customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead a High-Performing Sales Team: Manage, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  3. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  5. Analyze Sales Performance: Monitor sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address sales gaps.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 10 Years of Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
  2. Results-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, exceed targets, and achieve business objectives.
  3. Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams.
  4. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Experience in the Technology Industry: Proven experience in the technology industry, with a focus on sales leadership and customer relationships.
  2. High-Performance Camera Value Chain: Experience in the high-performance camera value chain, with a focus on industrial, scientific, and surveillance applications.
