Job Title: Vice President, Sales

Calian Group Ltd. is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead our global sales effort for Advanced Technologies. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding our customer base, and developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide coaching and guidance to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales enablement programs, marketing campaigns, and product development initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in the technology and engineering industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding customer bases, and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
