About the Role

Bell Canada is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale business projects and drive business transformation. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex projects that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Leadership: Manage and lead the full lifecycle of large-scale business projects, ensuring successful delivery and meeting stakeholder requirements.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Contribute to and represent stakeholder requirements on assigned projects, closing the gap between stakeholders and ensuring seamless communication.
  3. Business Analysis: Evaluate and recommend scalable technical and business solutions to meet customer and business needs, managing business requirements and system design reviews.
  4. Project Reporting: Provide regular project status update reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  5. Team Management: Manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
Requirements
  1. Education: Undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
  2. Experience: 7 years of experience in program and project delivery and management, with 1-2 years of experience in a team manager role.
  3. Language: Bilingualism required, with the ability to interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders.
  4. Skills: Strong leadership, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Project Management: Extensive project management and change management experience, with knowledge of telecommunications products and services.
  2. Agile Environment: Experience working in an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
