About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bell. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and executing operational projects that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the full lifecycle of large-scale business projects, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Contribute to and represent stakeholder requirements on assigned projects, closing the gap between stakeholders and driving project success.
  • Evaluate and recommend scalable technical and business solutions to meet customer and business needs.
  • Manage business requirements and system design reviews, providing final sign-off and ensuring all issues are documented and addressed.
  • Provide regular project status update reports to the executive team, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Create a blended delivery plan with cross-functional business units to continuously build and maintain an integrated roadmap.
  • Ensure each project has a robust change management plan, proactively identifying and addressing resistance to change to achieve project ROI.
  • Manage the financial aspects of programs and projects, ensuring effective resource allocation and budget management.
  • Manage a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to drive project success.
Critical Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related field.
  • 7 years of experience in program and project delivery and management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a team manager role.
  • Bilingualism required, with the ability to interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts inherent in project management.
  • Confirmed strategic vision and ability to make informed decisions, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask, dealing with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, coach, lead, and build a cross-functional team.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity, and focus on delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization.
  • Team-oriented, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization, bridging between technical and non-technical teams, and influencing stakeholders to build consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive project management and change management experience involving all aspects of projects.
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
  • Change Management certification (asset).
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (asset).
