Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead the full lifecycle of large-scale and scope business projects, ensuring that the requirements of each department are met and delivering successful solutions to our customers.
  • Contribute to and represent stakeholder requirements on assigned projects, closing the gap between all stakeholders (Network, Marketing, Operations, and IT).

  • Manage the financial aspects of programs and projects.
  • Manage a team of business analysts.
Critical Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree in Business or related program.
  • 7 years of experience in program and project delivery and management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a team manager role.
  • Bilingualism required: In the course of their duties, this person will be required to interact with French and English-speaking stakeholders.
  • Business acumen and understanding of financial concepts inherent in project management.
  • Have a confirmed strategic vision and make informed decisions, balancing technical feasibility with business requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask directly or indirectly related to deliverables in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment while dealing with changing priorities.
  • Strong leadership with the ability to inspire, coach, lead, and build a cross-functional team with a common goal to improve the customer experience.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, ability to deal with ambiguity, and focus on delivery is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) at all levels of the organization and appropriate.
  • Team-oriented, able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to bridge between technical and non-technical teams and influence stakeholders to build consensus.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Extensive project management and change management experience involving all aspects of projects.
  • Experience in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications products and services (asset).
