Job Title: Yard Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Yard Clerk to join our team at MAAN TRANSPORT LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of work activities
  • Monitor and coordinate the workloads and locations of personnel
  • Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and customer service
  • Follow up on issues related to work orders and shipments
  • Coordinate the scheduling of assignments and activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service, including delivering wake-up calls as needed
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and reliability in a dynamic work setting
  • Proficiency in English language
  • 35 hours per week
Work Environment:

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and overtime required. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
