Job Title: Yard Operations Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Yard Operations Coordinator to join our team at Calgary Excavating and Trucking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Monitor personnel workloads and locations
  • Organize warehouse and work areas
  • Perform general office duties
  • Provide customer service

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a warehouse and yard environment, with regular exposure to heavy equipment and vehicles.
