Job Title: Yard Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Yard Clerk to join our team at PRITAM TRANSPORT LTD. As a Yard Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and logs, monitoring personnel workloads and locations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and logs of work activities
  • Monitor and coordinate the workloads and locations of vehicle operators and crews
  • Provide timely and effective customer service, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
  • Follow up on work orders and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Keep track of shipments and maintain accurate inventory records
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines and working under pressure
