Key Responsibilities- Opportunity Identification: Proactively research and identify potential partners, including technology providers, consulting firms, and financial institutions.
- Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. Act as the primary point of contact, managing ongoing communications and engagements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to drive the execution of our partner strategies.
- Negotiations and Agreements: Lead strategic planning, negotiations, and expansion initiatives with key partners, ensuring favorable terms and mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Performance Monitoring: Implement robust tracking and monitoring systems to analyze the performance of partnerships. Offer insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and ensuring adherence to shared goals.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve strategic objectives.
- Growth Experience: Extensive background in business development, partnerships, or growth marketing within the SaaS or financial services industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic and Analytical: Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to assess opportunities, measure outcomes, and pivot strategies based on data-driven insights. Proven success in driving activity, pipeline development, and meeting quotas.
- Exceptional Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, build consensus, and lead discussions with diverse stakeholders. Strong presentation, listening, and organizational abilities.
- Commercial Acumen and Negotiation: Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, capable of concurrently managing multiple partnerships and projects. Experience in solution-based selling and managing sales processes is preferable.
- Adaptable and Collaborative: Able to thrive in a dynamic and evolving industry. Collaborative team player who works effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to learn technical concepts quickly, with preferred experience in B2B SaaS tools and banking infrastructure.
- Industry Network: Strong connections in banking technology, data vendors, and financial services industries.

- Compensation: The US base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.
