Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue goals.
  • Manage sales teams to ensure optimal performance and results-driven outcomes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business partnerships.
  • Lead market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales management, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
