Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, directing them to the appropriate contact or service area, and handling incoming calls and messages.
- Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Ensure a secure and safe working environment by adhering to basic security protocols.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Excellent oral communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and reliable, with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work 35 hours per week.
Our office is located in a convenient location with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. However, we offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth and development.
