Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at VSF Consulting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on company services and policies.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, answer phone calls, and relay messages to relevant staff members.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Will train.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail.
The Receptionist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced office environment, requiring the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
What We Offer- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 hours per week.
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication in the workplace.
