Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Grewal Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and workload
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
