We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Firehall Pizza Co. as a key member of our kitchen staff.
Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the high standards of our restaurant.
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize our kitchen's performance.
- Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Our restaurant is located in a rural area and offers a unique work environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and quality food.
