Senior Manager - Business Development

As a Senior Manager - Business Development at Wesco, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, research, and analysis. Your primary goal will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand into new markets, and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, financial analysts, and external partners.
  • Manage a team of business development professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure successful execution of business objectives.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business growth and development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure Wesco remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and development through strategic planning and execution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
