We are currently seeking individuals with experience as an Integration Senior Development Lead for immediate opportunities.

**Role:** Integration Senior Development Lead

This role is responsible for providing technical guidance to and overseeing delivery teams. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in computer science, or other applicable degree and at least 5 years of related experience (or equivalent).

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Provide technical guidance to and oversee delivery teams.
  • Identify project priorities and develop and update work schedules for project team members.
  • Identify project risks and create mitigation plans and manage known issues to minimize project disruptions.
  • Ensure solutions align with defined technology standards and road maps.
  • Review designs, code and packaged solutions and provide feedback and direction where necessary.
  • Provide active and regular communication with technical team members.
  • Write and present regular status reports.
  • Ensure the technical execution of the program is aligned with strategic technology direction, and that standards and road maps evolve to meet the detailed and evolving needs of technical solutions that vendors bring to the client space.
  • Elicit, document and validate requirements documentation, presentations, as well as information and decision items for various audiences including senior leaders.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical and business personnel to ensure solutions meet business goals.
  • Work across multiple business units and organizations.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technical teams.
  • Provide collaborative oversight on solution design and delivery.
  • Delegate tasks in order to achieve daily, weekly and monthly goals.
  • Identify and mitigate risks and issues associated with the selected solution.
  • Implement complex data driven software solutions.
  • Implement integrated software packages.
  • Work with both agile and traditional (waterfall) project delivery methodologies.
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to operate with little supervision in fast paced and complex environments.
  • Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Technical Lead.
  • Have a clear understanding of IT security vulnerability requirements and disciplines.
  • Have a clear understanding of IT security Vulnerability Detection Solutions.
  • Be able to communicate complex security vulnerability issues in an effective manner to all levels of the organization including senior leaders, technical staff, frontline staff, etc.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaboration, and team building.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Be able to identify and contribute to the removal of team impediments.
  • Be able to collaborate closely with various project teams such as developers, project managers, and analysts, to ensure effective implementation of solutions that achieve organizational objectives.
  • Have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Be able to demonstrate conceptual thinking.
  • Have excellent communication, interpersonal, facilitation, leadership and consulting skills.
  • Be able to work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other IT professionals to create cohesive and efficient systems that meet the needs of the business.
  • Be able to facilitate and support discussions with multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
  • Be able to navigate and build strong relationships in a large, complex multi-enterprise environment that includes customers with difficult and/or competing needs.
  • Have solid knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
