Key Responsibilities- Carry out administrative tasks and activities of the establishment with a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls to ensure financial stability.
- Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business decisions.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records to ensure data integrity.
- Train staff on new procedures and systems to ensure a high level of knowledge and skill.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Resolve conflict situations in a fair and professional manner.
- Commission systems and components to ensure they are functioning properly.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff to ensure they are meeting expectations.
- Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial stability.
- Prepare funding and grant applications and proposals to support business growth.
- No supervision responsibility.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience in handling methods.
- 35 hours per week.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
