Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Graymont Limited.

About the Role: As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the efficient and effective receipt and delivery of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a team of customer service representatives to deliver industry-leading customer service standards.
  • Develop and measure key performance indicators to track and evaluate customer service performance.
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in implementing standards and processes with the customer-facing team.
  • Provide transactional customer coverage as required and be available to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Identify and promptly respond to customer needs, going above and beyond to resolve escalated issues.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have 5-7 years' experience in customer service, inside sales, and transportation, with a proven track record of team building, people development, mentoring, and leadership skills.

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication and time management skills are required, as well as a dedicated and passionate focus on service excellence by focusing on customer needs. You will also be proficient in JDE Order Management, Transportation, and other business process tools such as Cognos, MS Office, and Graymont Customer Portal.
