Logistics Operations Manager

BEST CHOICE TRUCKING LTD is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and transportation functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient logistics operations.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on logistics performance and trends.
- Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Recruit and hire staff, train workers in duties and policies, and conduct performance reviews.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, and plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including mentorship programs for underrepresented groups.
